Questions in a bottie pattern

So I've gotten to the heel and the instructions read:

Round 1 (Eyelet round): (k2tog, yo) 7 times, sk2p, yo, *k2tog, yo*

Heres my problem: repeat to last st, slip st knitwise, slip 1 st st from next needle, pass first slip st over last st and replace st on next needle. (28 sts)

I just dont have any idea how to do this. Please help.

Sorry about the empty post. I hit the wrong button. Sounds like you are just binding off a stitch, after you slip the first stitch, just slip the next stitch from your left hand needle onto the right, then just bind off the first slipped stitch. Frances
