A happy birthday to your DH. Mine is the 27th though there are some questions on if that is the right date date or if it is really the 30th. When I was born, birth certificates were filled out months after the birth and no one is sure if my father got the date right or not. Oh well, the

27th will do.

It's for myself but there's a story behind him. I have a friend that has stitched Spring Queen and we have this ongoing joke that they are engaged. So Queenie is with my friend and Tut's going on my wal when he's done. Good idea with a gold frame

Mainly I am working on the Christmas Carol Cherished Teddies from Designs by Gloria and Pat. I have 5 of the 10 now and won another on e-bay and am bidding on one other so if I win that one will only need three of them. Was a bit disappointed to find they were discontinued and hope I will be able to find the rest of them.

I also am working on the nativity scene figures from Janlynn that I bought at WalMart. I like to switch from project to project so I have several small projects that I carry in my tote to work on while waiting at doctor's offices.

It's all x-stitch, no backstitching, and there is some gld stitchin, which I am saving for last ( did a little allready).
