Hi all-
in the process of patching walls, and therefore in an effort to keep from going utterly mad, i used the leftover plaster each day to create a thing that pleases me.

the rushed photos. this was accomplished by slinging plaster off a blade one glob at a time. what is this technique called? splatworks? dropart? incrementational gravitated medium oversupply under frank conditions for the purposes of unstudied sapienistic portraiture?anyway, i don't know what to do with him- does he need a nose? paint, stain, water colors, bury it in the earth for a month? i feel that some color is needed.
I had thought about smoking him over the grill for a few hours or making a small bonfire out of dyed materials, green grass and magnesium filings, and at that point decided to ask for advice.
I realize that asking for aesthetic advice from a crowd of strangers is much like patting a strange dog hard on the ass, but the risk, i feel, is worth it.
