I was half surprised when my mail lady honked her horn for me. I was expecting something in the mail, but was surprised when she handed me the large box. I opened the box and was surprised to find two hug quilts, one for my son and one for me and then the large pillow with Hunter's name embroidered on it. I cried when I pulled them out and discovered what they were. (okay, I'll admit....I'm a little slow! lol) Picking up Hunter at the bus stop, I explained on the way home our gifts and what they are for. He was as overjoyed as I was about them and had to inspect both of them. I told him a great many people all over the world have been thinking about us and when we wrap our quilts around us, we can remember that we are NOT alone! People DO care about us.
I'll write more, but just wanted to thank everyone out there. I'd send a photo to webshots, but I don't like to post pictures for just anyone to see of my children. And I know ANYONE can view webshots.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Launie, in Oregon
