BOM

The questions begs -- in time for what? It's great to be working on blocks from summer months when it is cold and rainy and snowy and floody outside!

Now I need to wrap up in a warm summer quilt and have some hot chocolate. Just cleaned my car off so that I don't have so much to do when the next snow storm comes through this evening. I'd like to go to my UFO group tomorrow if the roads are OK. Meanwhile, I'll keep sewing.

Isn't there a song called "Here comes summer. . . " Or maybe that's just the first line. An old Pat Boone song? Beach Boys? Anyway, August 2006 is next on the BOM agenda.

Howdy!

Cold? Snowy? "summer"!!???

Kay, if I didn't like you so much I'd threaten to smack you!

It's almost 80*F here right now, I hate it! This is supposed to be winter in this hemisphere! I mean: Really! Just had a little meltdown of my own a while ago; husband was wise enough to turn on the a/c while I fussed about changing into shorts!

R/Sandy-- may get the binding on this quilt tonight, or may just go sit in the freezer...

Actually there may be 4 in that club.......

Dee in Oz not saying who that 4th maybe

ROTFLMAO I usually use Internet Explorer, but I had to open Netscape to get to the

*.wav!! It was worth it.

It's snowing like crazy again here. We're supposed to get more accumulation tonight than we did last night. When I'm shoveling tomorrow, how about if I toss it ALL your way!?! I did have to stop sleeping with the bedroom window open the last few nights.

Last time I was in JoAnn's, I bought this huge gomongus mug with cardinals on a berry bush. I think I need to fill it with some hot chocolate and get over to my sewing window!

Honey, you can send any of those excess winter degrees my way anytime you want to. Has been in the 20's or so the last week here and I can do without that just fine, thankee. :) We've got 60 supposedly coming in tomorrow and Monday, but I could stash some of your degrees to take that up to 70 quite easily......or to use when that two-day 60 goes away.....

Welcome :-)

Almost got August 2006 paper-pieced done but had to stop and watch the snow for a while. Back to it in the morning, Pacific Standard Time.
