That is going to be one fun quilt!!!
Love 'em!! So bright and cheerful, Carole.
Your blocks make mine look drab and dull. I wish I had your eye for color. They are beautiful.
They're really cute, Carole -- and so colorful! You're getting lots of PP practice, aren't you?
I am just lovin' your cat fabrics! One time I asked you where you had gotten your fabric with the purple cat -- I found some at the sewing expo here in Reno back in the end of August.
Tomorow I'll be doing the football-plus-sewing "thing."

Thanks for your compliments, everybody. I think the colors "work" because of the skill of the fabric designers! Those cat fabrics are just wild. I decided that on this quilt, ANY color goes, as long as I tie all the blocks together with that tan paw print. This time, each block has two colored cat prints, but they use almost exactly the same colors in them and you have to look closely to distinguish one of the prints from the other! My intention is for this quilt to be cheerful, colorful, and highly amusing!! (And yes, between this group and Carol Doak's group I'm getting a LOT of paper-piecing practice, and I'm getting much better at it. Watching her new DVD made a world of difference and I'm very glad I got it! I'm not afraid of paper-piecing anymore.)

Carole,
These are great! You have inspired me to make a quilt using my collection of cat prints. I never thought to mix them as you have. Great work!
I must go put it on my list right now, but first I have to find the list. I also must follow your lead to try & keep on top of all of my projects.
