How small are your scraps?

I can see some crumb quilts coming up soon too.Lizzy

well, as my OCD does not allow me to throw out any scrap over 1 1/2 ", i have got 3 different bins/boxes sorted into 3 catagories: smaller than 2-3"... long strips about 1-3" wide... and large scraps: bigger than the strips, but smaller than FQ's. I won't even get into lights and darks..... having said that...i am now in the process of using my long strips for a string quilt, FP, 6" sq blocks. i've made about 125 or more, so far. i think i'll have enough strips to make 3 full size tops and maybe a crib size also. even the setting in triangles will be from scraps. and if i can get away with it, so will the backs and bindings. =P

Mine too.  When I get enough I start in on the mile a minute blocks.  Fun and uses a lot of tiny scraps.  I have a tough time throwing fabric away.Taria
