Friend from quilting class got a Singer from Tuesday Morning store. I saw it at class & admired it.(drooled over it to be exact!) Looked at a local store. They were out. Found one on line & ordered it! Can't wait for it to arrive!!

Good for you. I've only had about one day with my new machine. Then work, quilt show, houseguests got in the way. Seems like I'll be crazy busy at least through the end of the month. Then I'll be getting ready for my trip to Paducah.

Well that certainly explains one of the reasons you've kept that man around! What a wonderful gift he gave you. I'm fortunate to be married to one of those too - one who understands my "need" to create with fabric and is pretty darned willing to do what it takes to let me do that. A couple of nights this week he's had cereal for his evening meal to let me finish up "just two more blocks." They're keepers!
