My mother called me this morning to tell me that she found an old quilt in with my grandmother's things. (the grandmother that left this world last month) My mother said that she thinks the quilt was made by my grandmother's mother or grandmother. The pattern is lone star, and I'm waiting to see a picture of it.

Well, Mom asked me if I wanted it and of course I said "yes", but Mom needs to make sure it is okay with Dad first, since belonged to his mother. I know that if my Dad decides to give the quilt to anybody, I will be the one who gets it :-) My parents are thinking about coming our here to Oklahoma (from California) for Christmas, so I am hoping they will bring the quilt with them.

Well, I tried to add to an old webshots page that I had started about a year and a half ago, but for some reason I am not able to add any pics. So I started a Yahoo photo page. If I could just figure out how to send a link to that page I would be able to show some of my quilts. I will keep testing it out.
