That ought to do it, Ms P. Mercy! We must plan a coronation. What would you like for us to serve at the reception? Chocolate would be good, don't you think? Polly

You know I didn't set out to have that many scissors, they just sort of made their way here over the years. Chocolate would be lovely.

Thank you! I promise, my lips are sealed. You definitely have more than I do. But those Dovos, right down the road (more or less) in Solingen... maybe I need to support local industry a little more! Roberta in D for Deutschland

Welcome to the group Ms P. I'm kind of the same way about rulers and acrylic templates. I lost count of the rulers and templates that I have after 25. They just seem to find their way to my ruler board. I swear I must have a fairy Godmother or something that just makes them appear cause I just don't think I could have bought them all. The just seem to appear in my mailbox from time to time and in my sack from the fabric store. Oh and I've even come home with some in my suitcase at times that I swear they just appeared out of the thin air in flight.

Anyway, welcome to the Royal Order of Queens of the Quilt Frame (can't use Knights to the Roundtable) and to RCTQ. You'll find a lovely bunch of ladies here who are always ready to help whether it's with a hug and a prayer or tips on binding a quilt or whatever.

Hugs, Mika Queen of Paper Piece Klutzdom

Now I got your posts!! ALL of them from the last several days!! LOL

I like cheap Fiskars scissors for batting. They don't have a real point that gets caught and when they go dull I don't feel bad about relegating them to paper and getting a new pair.
