Someone ordered a book from me. I sent the book. Now I've been served with a notice from Paypal that she's complained, says she emailed several times with no response but still hasn't received the book. I sent another book, and three emails to the hotmail address she supplied. Have received no response other than a final notice from Paypal about the complaint. Finally, I just refunded her money.
But, now I don't know if I've been had [and for heaven's sake, who would rip off two copies of a Bible Block book?] or if she's not receiving my emails. I certainly haven't received any from her.
Sooooo....could someone with a hotmail account please email me at snipped-for-privacy@shaw.ca
then post here to let me know you have done so? That's the only way I can figure to check out what's going on here. [Not that it does any good anyway, since I'm still out a book plus the refund, plus the Paypal charges plus $10 for mailing...good thing I'm not in this for the money!]
