Our guild is VERY active in sending quilts to the QOVF. In the past 3 years -- we have sent over 200 quilts!
One of our members took 6 1/2" muslin squares to school and had her students sign them. So I incorporated a few of them into my most recent top.
In retrospect -- maybe I should have tea-dyed them... I suppose I could now tea-dye the whole top -- but I really don't want to mess up the eagle.

12" finished. All blocks are baskets. All blocks are fundamentally pieced with appliqued basket handles and basket contents. We're just starting Block #4 -- so you could catch up very quickly!!!
