Yup, I like it quiet, I am usually in my sewing room. When I bring stuff to do at quilt group, I end up gabbing and not sewing...lol....oh yes,, I know how to multi-task, but not with my quilting! hugs, Memere Neets

Generally I have some kind of background noise. Either the TV/moive or music.

Do you know about Pandora? You can build your own "radio" stations (about 100) there.

Thanks, I'll have to look that up. I like my Limewire subscription, I have collected 2.5 GB of mp3 music and that's what I've been listening too. Thanks for something new to play with!

Karen, Queen of Squishies _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ music is all around us, all you have to do is listen

Mostly, I like quiet, but I have a portable radio/cd player in the sewing room, so sometimes listen to music. For some reason I'll turn on the radio when I iron. We have (gasp) no TV, so that isn't an option.
