RCTQ BOM ?

Hi Sally, I bet it was really strange meeting up with all your school friends after so long. I still keep in contact with a couple of my old school pals. One lives in Germany the other in Florida now. We all went to the BFS in Gutersloh in Germany as our dads were in the forces and stationed there.

I hope you don't mind Sally but I've book marked your two RCTQ pictures from your webshots so I can look at them.

Yes thats fine. Actually when I got them out I discovered that the dark pieced one still has the little plastic 'tacks' in, so it isn't quite finished after all! I now have three quilts to remove them from - will just clear a floor and have the hoover at the ready! I like using them, have a tool to remove them with (though I found the hard way you have to be careful with the tool!) they just make such a mess all over the floor.

To keep the floor clear while removing quilt tacks I leave the quilt folded in half. I clip all I can find on one side, then the other side, then unfold the quilt and pick up all the pieces that were left between the folded layers. I never have to worry about the kitties eating a fallen piece of tack off the floor. Debra in VA See my quilts at
