Hagerstown is in Washington County, about 60 miles west of Montgomery County.
Are you talking about the White Swan QS?

Traditions of the White Swan is my FAVORITE quilt store (not so local to me, about an hour or so away).

YES!!
I love it there! It's one of my favorite places, and they have really good sales for the shop hop. I don't get up that way much at all, just for the SH and when I go to the midwest, usually only once a year...
