Season change

I took the storm door windows out and put in the door screens today. The flowering crabapple is starting to bloom. Life is finally good again. Hope it is so at your neck of the woods.

Our very nice, unseasonably cool weather is soon to be a thing of the past. Yesterday high temp. was in the 70s, it is supposed to be in the high 90s by Sat. sigh.

Trying not to turn on the AC for a while longer-- it has been so nice, except for the allergies, the last couple of weeks.

Hi John,

All the snow inc. what we got two weekends ago is gone (except for a bit next to the garage) and the flowers are poking their little heads out. We had 80 degree weather yesterday, although it was in the 60s today. What a feelingto finally be able to open the windows!

I'm in Texas, so it has been warm for awhile. We have used our air conditioning several times. We just aren't quite to the point where we run it all the time. Our irises (sp) bloomed about 2 months ago. We have tornado warnings right now. There is bad weather all around us.

Hey John

Here in South Mississippi, the crape myrtle and magnolias are in bloom. The spring gardens have been planted for a few days now and the strawberries are delicious the year.
