shopping trip today!

Hi, all,

Welll, after church today, I will be going to TSWLTH with TWO 50% off coupons, TWO birthday gift certificates, AND some birthday money! Happy dance!

I'm thinking of using the coupons for books, and if I can't find any that I like, I'll use it for a 9 yard hunk of backing fabric to use in the future.

The bad news: this may be my last S.E.X. for a long time! DH and I want to buy land out in the country, and for the money I spend at TSWLTH in a year's time, I could buy an acre or two. So, I am "stocking up" on quilting supplies

- have tons of 1/4 yards, and everything I need for the 5 quilts I am working on. I have lots of needles, pins, etc. and I don't want to stock up two much on thread since when it gets old, it tends to break.

Hmmmmmmmmm. Will let you all know what I get today. And, after today's buying trip, I want to start stashing LAND!!!!!!!!!! (MAJOR happy dance!!!)

Oh, that's funny. Sounds like you are gonna spend the same $ you would in a year in one trip. LOL Enjoy! I don't spend much $ on quilting these days, but I am taking my coupon with me to see if it is a better discount than the one they already have for fleece. I spent a few days with Songbird last week and she brought a few quilts with her that she didn't using batting in. Instead she backed with fleece and quilted. They are so cuddly! I wanna get some now.
