DH and I went shopping after work today. I've been looking at digital cameras for about a year and could not seem to make a decision. I am really decision impaired when it comes to spending money like that. At any rate........I finally did it! I am now the proud owner of a Fuji Finepix S5000. It's a new model they have out with a 10X optical zoom. I hope to have it figured out by tomorrow night when I chaperone DD dance squad for the football game.

Welcome to the land of digital cameras. You will not regret it. Especially one with a 10x zoom on it. Mine is only 6 and sometimes I am not sure that it is enough.

The game was wonderful (we won 34-13)....what I saw of it anyway. Didn't get too many pics during the activities but got a few good onces before the game. Still not sure what I'm doing but sure am looking forward to learning.
