That would have been it, then!! Well, we have a rabbit shed (no stables!), and a couple of acres (with no roof). I don't think that sounds suitable. What a pity! . In message , jennellh writes
Jennell, words fail me! Your quilting is magnificent! I just wish I had the imagination to do that! Wow!
Hi Jennell,
As I recall, the pattern was very easy to follow. Of course, I began it in a class with Jackie Robinson, but I don't remember that there were any glitches or hiccups in making it. It was fun to watch the various different segments come together into a recognizable pattern. :)
As for color selection, it was pretty important to find a range of shades in the colors you select; I think there were four or five of each of the main colors, and several of the background color, too. I'd originally intended to use a slightly different color scheme, but the range wasn't available at my LQS, so I switched. What colors are you considering? Good luck with yours! :)
Lovely Jennel. It so refreshing and cool.
Lovely! I don't care a lot for green, but that really is a beauty. You do beautiful work, Jennell!
LOL! I'd never have been able to make that quilt from my stash, since I don't have many large pieces of fabric hanging around. I have no idea why there are two photos of my quilt on Jackie's site, but I didn't really make two. ;) I'll be anxious to see what you come up with! :)
Gosh, I never even noticed the difference in the cities! Thanks for pointing that out; I think I'll just ignore it. Thanks for the compliment. :)
