Thank you to all who responded to my request for prayers and good wishes for my friend Mike. I just received word that he passed away peacefully this morning. I'm sure that the peace was in part due to you.

** Excerpt from my message last week ** One of my coworkers was diagnosed with cancer last February. The doctors told him that he probably had about one year. Despite agreeing to every treatment, clinical trial, etc. that came his way it looks like Mike's prognosis was correct. He is now at home with hospice care.
May I please ask that this group do what you do even better than quilting and pray/wish that Mike's final days be pain free and his passing be peaceful?
