halloween ideas

know it's early but if I need to make something I can....

We have the "Spooky Crop" and it's overnight at a hotel... run by a LSS... we go to crops there all the time. Anyway... me and my friend (whose name is also Tara) always go to crops together. They call us "The Tara's" and when referring to us, it's Tara 1 and tara 2. There is a costume contest and we wanted to do something fun together. We thought of Thing one and Thing two from Dr Suess... but wanted to see if anybody else had any good ideas. Thanks in advance.

2 Scarlett O'Hara's, from Tara...must be the southern girl in me! It's all I can think of! I do like Thing 1 and Thing 2, thats what we call the kids, so every time we go to Universal Studios I have to take their pics with the "things" and wearing "thing" wigs from one of the stores! Arleen

What about the twins from Alice in Wonderland, Tweedledee and Tweedledum? The Dr Suess idea is SUPER! LOL

Tara, Everytime I see your name..I think of Gone With The Wind. How about going as a couple of Southern belles? Hugs,

I had some friends who came to my party last year dressed as a salt shaker and a deviled egg. Never would have thought of anything like that myself. Another costume I saw years ago I like was the gal who dressed as a tea bag. She made the costume out of interfacing and dried leaves from the back yard. Then the second person could be a tea cup or mug. How about Frankenstein and the Bride of Frankenstein. I love halloween. We have so much fun around here.

Thing one and Thing two is a great idea! Hmm....other pairs....Zoe & Rolie Polie Olie, Jack the Skeleton King & Sally (from Nightmare before Christmas), Ginger & MaryAnn from (Gilligan's Island), Barbie & Ken, Mary Kate & Ashley Olsen (HA, HA), two peas in a pod.

these are great, I am going to a crop tonight with Tara and we will be talking about it. We may have one other person in our room. We have to work around the fact we need to be able to crop while wearing it. So many ideas... keep em coming! One will hit us, I know it!
