Morning Crop Results!

Well, I'm back and I had a blast! The ladies were lovely and friendly and so was the store owner. LOL I got three simple pages done. I wanted to post them to prove that I do more than just the fan album! LOL

My daughter in the bathtub at age 2. EVERYONE has one of these pictures somewhere!

Just a general baby page with two pictures I like of my daughter.

My son's high school graduation. I know the colors are HIDEOUS, but those are the school colors. One wonders what they were thinking... DO you think this page needs more? The other ladies thought it should be simple, because it was an important day. I think it might need a couple of small things but I don't know what.

Great day with some great pages. Couldn't ask for more. As for the son graduation... first off I like the colors tee hee, but I don't think it needs anything else either. It looks wonderful just like it is. If and only if you still think it needs something and you just can't help yourself (can you tell I've been there before) you could paper piece a little graduation hat. I did that for my son's 8th grade graduation LO.

That's great that you had a great time. And hopefully it will be something you can do on a regular basis! :-) Love the LO's, especially the bathtime one. I think we have several pictures of bathtime. LOL As for the graduation page, if you just have to add something, what about some journaling? Maybe your thoughts on him graduating, his plans, etc. You might even make it hidden journaling so it doesn't take away from the pictures. But it's great just like it is!

Well done you!!!!!! The Bathing Beauty LO is wonderful and I like the graduation one. What is wrong with the colours? I think they are fine together and the LO doesn't need anything else....IMO You may want to put some hidden journalling but I like the clean look of the page...very classy!

I love the colors in the paper you chose for your Bathing Beauty LO. There is nothing wrong with the colors on the graduation LO. What kinds of tools did they have there for you to use? Glad to here you had a good time. Sandy

I'm glad you had such a good time. Love your pages Rach. The bathing beauty is really cute. I love the way you tilted the Y in beauty. I like all the stars and flowers on your daughter's page.

The high school colors are really popular around here (the LA are) as they are the UCLA colors! The page looks really classy. I wouldn't add anything to it except maybe some hidden journaling like the others suggested.

Thank you all! Now I just have to find out how to do hidden journaling.

I hadn't thought about them being UCLA colors but you're right. They are!

I like them all and as for the graduation page I would leave it alone I think it is great as it as but as Lynne said if you can't help yourself a hat is about the only thing I would add...very nice work. I think I am the only one that never taken a pic of my child in the bathtub. I wish I had been scrapbooking back then I would have taken my pictures differently.

Have a great weekend all Michelle P.

I know what you mean about taking pictures differently. There are SO MANY THINGS I wish I had taken pictures of now, and i wish I had taken fewer posed shots.

Thanks for Leaving the original Teresa, I missed this!

Rach, I'm glad you had such a nice and productive crop! Your pages looks great! I would leave the grad LO just as it is - the focus is on the event and the colours does not look bad to me! TFS
