First 2006 Layout

I keep a scrapbook for a fan group I belong to. (Yeah, I know. My second youth!LOL) I liked the way this came out. Never thought I'd find a use for that tiger paper.

Looks good! Feels good to have a layout this close into the new year, doesn't it? :-)

Thank you. My picture didn't turn out as well as the page did, though. Yes! It's great to get started. I want to do some embossed cards today!

It is very nice Rach. I have a question... In the lower right hand corner there is a black "tab". I've seen this on other LO and I'm curious. Is this a sticker or a corner punch? I like the look but I'm not sure how to do it.

Thank you!

Very striking Rach, like you said, sometimes the papers you thought you would never use turn out to create the pages we love the most. TFS

Isn't it funny how we end up using paper that we've had for a long time? Great job! (He's a hottie!) :-)

Wow, that is eye catching Rach :) Colours works great! TFS

Yes. Its a corner punch. I wish could remember the name of it, but you should be able to find it at your neighborhood LSS.

Masculine can be a tricky thing, too.

Yes, it is funny. And yes to the other bit, too! LOL

Not as hot as my hubby though.

What a cutie and you're right that paper is perfect, because I think I did a cat purr when I saw the picture. teehee

They are EK Success Corner Adorners Rach....Nice LO!!!! A Google search should bring up a supplier near you Amy :o) HTH

Thanks you guys! I worry about my LO because I tend to simple and can't seem to achieve cute. *sigh*. I suppose that will change once I have a grandchild to scrap. (Hint to DD!lol) I am working VERY SLOWLY on my kids' childhoods. So much to scrap. So little time! LOL

Great layout!! he sure is cute! Thanks for sharing!

Like it!! Very "manly"! And with all men in the house I need all the ideas I can get! LOL

I know what you mean! Most embellishments and papers are a bit frou-frou for a man.

I usually use solid colors for them but this works, too.
