I started out this morning wanting to scraplift a page from the new Scrapbook Answers magazine. I pulled out some pictures of my cats and this is the page I came up with. The page is about our cat Buster who we lost two years ago. There is a companion page of our cat Buddy in the works and another one with pictures of them together. The page is in the New Pages Folder.

Oh and the page I wanted to make today, well I'll have to try that one again tomorrow and see what happens!

Great LO. I do like the buttons and ribbon. Sandy

The page made me say... Ahhhhh... very cute. Love the big circle underneath everything. Very nice look!

I love the layout, especially the circle shaped paper. Gives it an interesting look. Kitty looks real cute too.

Thanks Barb. I have been wanting to do some cat pages for a while.

Thank Lynne. I used circles because Buster was a ball chaser. He loved to fetch balls. It was so funny to watch him walking around with a rubber ball in his mouth.

I got to thinking the large circle idea would work for some pictures I have of my son as Luke Skywalker a few Halloweens ago. It could be the Death Star in the back ground. While trick or treating we happened upon a Darth Vader that was about 2 1/2 feet tall and my son was about 4 feet tall. I made them hold out their light sabers for a picture it was SO funny.

Great layout and I especially love the kitties!

Cathy I really like your pages of your furbabies! I really like the effect of the circles. What a great idea! And I must say what cute kitties!

Cathy....I love the Buster and Buddy pages :o) You did a great job and I like the stitching around the edge of the background circle.....nice touch!

Take care, Marilyn

Oooooo.....very nice Cathy! I love the color choices and all the buttons. I'm wanting to go with a shaps-layout, too since reading the articles in S.A! You did a great job!
