Went to church this morning and in walk Wendy and John with baby Nicholas. The pictures just don't do this little guy justice....he's gorgeous! He slept almost the whole time but I think I got 1 glimpse of his little peepers. Just had to share. S

We've had quite the day today....first we went to church, then watched the Bucs game, and then my family came over to see Nicholas and we went to dinner. (dh & baby went to his grandmother's house) It was nice to be out alone for a few hours eventhough our son has actually been an angel today.
I'm jealous! I need to travel more and get to see more people!
We live 5 minutes from each other so it makes it easy.
It is nice to get out and about isn't it?? :) I'm still trying to talk dh into going out for dinner with the baby (since he isn't ready for date night yet!), but he's hesitant. I tell him people do it all the time - babies cry and people understand, but...

They seem to grow so fast. Nicholas sounds like he was an angel for his parent while in church.

We went out to lunch yesterday and to two banks, today we went to Babies r us. It was hard but I admit, it's getting easier the more I do it.

I agree - I generally go out and about quite a bit, and dh and I do too, but he just can't make the jump to stepping into a restaurant! Ah well...
