Nope he won't eat a vegetable unless under duress. I really worry about him in this area.

The doctor asked him late last year at a physcial if he ate vegetables and he said yes. Then the doctor said because your mother makes you. He said yes. He use to drink carrot juice and steal veggies off my plate if I looked away.

Great LO Lynne! Keep them coming. :-) I love the story behind your gnome. I saw in your replies that he doesn't eat veggies now. It's amazing how kids' tastes change. DD used to suck on dill pickles when she was teething. (I'll have to scrap those pics.) Now she rarely eats them! Takes them off cheeseburgers. (She can't be my child because I love pickles.) Hopefully one day his tastes will change though. I used to hate brussels sprouts when I was a kid. Now they're one of my favorite veggies. So there's still hope for your DS! :-)

Actually I tried it cause it sounds terrible, but it's good. Pretty sweet straight out of the garden.
