I guess Kirsten does not read alt.sewing anymore, I sent her an e-mail query, and she responded:

"Hi Beverly, We are all fine although very disturbed that such a thing could happen here. So far I don't in know anyone who was involved but that could change. It is a small country and those kids came from all over including Trondheim. My heart goes out to their families. The eye witness accounts that have come are truly horrific. Thank you for thinking of us. Kirsten"

I'm happy for her, sad for Norway.
