I have wanted a Legacy Ornamental Mill for some time but couldn't justify the $3500 for the model 1500. I remembered a cabinet maker that I had run into 3 years ago that had one sitting in the corner and hadn't been able to get it to work. Finally found his name and got in touch with him. Got it for $1500. Got it home and started going thru it and removing his modifications and setting it up per factory specs and it is working perfectly!!! I wonder if he is related to the guy who sold me my Laguna 16 band saw for $500. It wouldn't cut a straight line. After I got it home and adjusted the Carter guides to specs from the 1/8" gap and it has performed flawlessly. -- Art Ransom Lancaster,TX snipped-for-privacy@comcast.net
