Finished Noro hat and ribbed neck

Feb 13, 2006 44 Replies

I made the hat in entrelac. I like to experinment and find out how it works, and how I can change it. This time I tried out "my own way", allthough I started with a pattern. It's a challenging tecnique, or shall I say: MOTIVATING tecnique; I think all the time : WHAT more I could do with it!

Here is the pattern I started with, done in the round, decreasing 1 st. pr "pattern round". This time I did not decrease before the last round, I think that is better on MY head !LOL! AUD ;-)

Hi Aud,

Oh, that hat and scarf are beautiful and I love the colors, so pretty. Thanks for sharing.

Hugs,

Nora

Very nice outcome, Aud. Thanks for sharing. What Noro did you use? I made and felted a hat for DD#2 using Kureyon Color 31. It seemed similar to the colors in your hat.

Janise

That is beautiful Aud. I sure love the Noro yarns, the colors are so gorgeous. Marie and the cats

Thank you! Yes, the model is a bit bearded today! AUD ;-)
