Hello Folks, Just popped in to say that I have begun to get back into my Machine Knitting Life. It is only a little step, but we must all begin somewhere. Yesterday I opened and catologued the contents of Box 1 of 8 that my yarn is stashed in, after my emigration. Fortunately, I have always had a home-made "Shade Card" of sorts to indicate what yarn I have "in stock", so it was just a case of marking that yarn "x" was in Box 1. I still have no shelves or Proper Knitting Room so they went back in the box. Over the 30+ years that I have been knitting everything I did has been computerised/logged. So once the box catologing is finsihed I can start on the knitting! I already know my first project - a Long-line Cardigan. Design, fabric & pattern will come to me later!!
