Dear Aud, I do not know if Nora ever told you, but you are the winner of the kumihimo braid I was going to make for the person who came in with the lowest nummer of squares for our contest, last fall. Yesterday the weater here was very bad, today: beautiful. We SHOULD have walked a long tour; we are sitting, watching Olympics to much!! But in stead we took the boat out on the sea, which was like a mirror in the sun! It was a bit cold, but wonderful! Hugs, AUD ;-))

Aud I am sure you had a lovely sail. There is something very tranquil about moving over dead still waters. We have also up and down weather. Huge storms, intermittent with crisp clear sunny days, with a very cold edge to it. Our little pond is fozen, it looks magical. This cold weather will not last long though, all our spring bulbs are up. Some of them in full bloom. Spring is here. The ornamental fruit trees are in full bloom in Victoria.

Nora it did not slip my mind, but Christmas was a huge interverance. Once I had it all set up it went quickly. I am happy it is on its way.

Lucky you, my tulips had started to come up, but got stopped with the cold weather this week. On the news last night one weatherman said we may pay for our mild Jan & Feb the month of March as the longrange forecast showed lots of cold and snow. Don't like that guy one bit. LOL
