SUNDAY MORNING ,,,,,,

Good morning All ,,,, The sun is playing hide and seek after some dark gray couds , but she has opainted one cloud with gold , white and pink. It seems to be a cold day. The cat made an inspection of the empty closets, and the piles of Stuff ,, lays it 2 big piles, covered well ,, Have to visit an artist downtown , but realized i will go to dentist, on tuesday , 5 minutes walk from Artist`s studio,, thus the visit is postponed to Tuesday ,, this leaves `post duty`, 2 rooms to clean [ washing floors in cold weather brrrr] and weaving time .... off for 2nd coffee cup ,, have a nice Sunday everyone ,,, mirjam

Now Sunday evening here, but Hello Mirjam:>)

I did manage to get my tree down & all the decorations packed away, just waiting at the bottom of the stairs for Hubby to put them in the attic.

So all in all, it was a very productive day. I think we're watching a movie after supper, so I will be working on Marshall's sweater at that time. Right now, it is time to go & cook supper.

So, hope you enjoyed your cleaning as well as I did:>)

Good Monday morning TRISH ,, Had a great day , now you NGers won`t believe it , today i will 2 working crews in my house , the Heater A/C did it again and stopped , so now they have to change a machine part = opening the false ceiling they buit , and the closet doors crew ,,, it so happened that both want to come together in same morning and it delights me ,,,, Now if you ask me why i anyway went on with planned cleaning , my answer is a they won`t enter bedroom, bathroom, living room ,,, the stairs i cleaned will be easier to collect mess off , and the rooms were closet are, will be cleaned tomorrow or after i return / make new order in the closets .... Are you saying "See you next year " to your tree ? whenever i store some Periodical thing away , i tell it "See you next year!!" started as a joke and became a habit. What Movie did you see ??? at night i went on reading in my new book By leslie Forbes .. But i haven`t knitted much ,,, we will say today with all those workersmight be a great time to knit ... mirjam

My tree is out by the driveway to be picked up. They chip them and use the wood chips for mulch in the park. The decorations are mostly put away - although the doll tree is still up and decorated. I need to get to that soon- although it is artificial and I usually leave quite a few of the decorations on when I put it away for the year. I also still have some other decorations around.

I went out and cut some camellias from the bush to brighten up the house. It has been dark and dreary here - short days and lots of clouds and rain. The pink camellias that bloom in January and February are such a treat when nothing else is blooming.

First time I've been back on the computer since Sunday! I can't believe how much this middle shift interferes with everyday life!!

Hope all you work crews cooperated with your plans Mirjam:>) Sounds like you had a great plan:>)

We watched Chronicles of Narnia. Really well done:>)

This middle shift is really interfering with my knitting too. I'm jut now finishing up the sleeves on Marshall's sweater. Phones are much busier during the day. Next week I as back to working until 3am though, so I should be able to catch up on things around here & my knitting:>)

LOL on the "see you next year" I say that to my boxes of snowmen when I close the closet door that I keep them in:>) (I've never shared that info before, but since you admitted it, I thought I should too)(LOL)

Well, I'm just getting in from work & thought I'd check in before I call it a night, so I'm going to check some more mail & catch some shut eye:>) Good night:>)
