Well all the soccer hoopla is over for another little while, and congratulations go to Italy, the winners of the world cup. I bet it is a wild party they are having outyour way, right Barbara, I know that Aud will have watched this last game.

The noise didn't die down until well after midnight. The whole town was out on the street.
I read in the paper this morning that there was a religious procession in a town in Sicily. Someone had suggested to the bishop that he change the time, as it coincided with the match. He decided to go ahead. Well, the match ended during the procession, and the faithful abandoned their banners and statues and ran to join the celebration in the town square.
