it's great, and i don't remember the name of it. a woman made a trip to four cities in Europe to check out the bead making industry. how the [i think it was Czech] lampworkers had their work area set up was especially fascinating - and then she mentioned that they have never had "repetitive stress injuries" - ever. the torches point DOWN and the lampworker had her arms resting on the desktop - from her elbows on.
obviously, i'm not explaining very well . . . but Nicole will know the answer!
