I would have sold a kid to get those if you had made them recently:)

Any details on the kids for sale? I have quite to collection of lampwork, and with my kid in the home stretch, I'm getting a little nervous about a kid-free household.

Take your pick. We've got a 5 year old male, medium blonde, big blue/gree/grey eyes with an infectous laugh who lives to play video games and fly kites, or, we have a 20 month old male, tight ringlet blonde, currently shifting blue eyes, who loves to play peek-a-boo and hear his faorite song--to the tune of "I'm a little teapot"

"I'm a little Tyler, short and stout, here is my bum bum, here is my mouth. When I get all poopie, hear me shout! Change my dipey, get the poopies out!"

I'll take 'em both. Where do I ship the lampwork? Their coloring will ensure that I can pass them off as homemade. :-) Tyler's creative singing will seal the deal for most people.

They'd have a great life here in Boston. We have terrific schools available (for a price, which we paid before and would again), lots of parks and beaches, and very devoted parents. Grandpa lives downstairs, and likes to teach children how to play baseball, skip rocks on the water and enjoy pro wrestling matches. He is totally devoted to kids and goes to every single assembly, presentation, concert, whatever - most of Manda's friends were jealous until Grandpa adopted them, too.

Omi comes by twice a week to tell me that I'm a mean mother, and whisk children away to hike in the woods, visit otters, feed ducks and get ice cream on the way home. She's also setting up a small garden in her backyard for each grandchild. Kids get to watch movies at Omi's house, order meals like in a restaurant, and run around naked if that's what they want.

I'm the story reading one, and know most of the classic kids' books by heart. We like to act out stories, and the kids' job is to make sure I don't confuse the funny voices when I'm reading or miss any words. The kids all think my biggest drawback is that I don't like the television, and it's not allowed on most of the time. I will answer any question posed to me, so kids always think up good hard ones.

Bob is a great father, and loves to play the "climb on Daddy" games that Manda loved when she was small. He takes children to learn about antique cars, off to carnivals (against Mama' will), and teaches them all about "classic television." He encourages Santa, the Easter Bunny and the Tooth Fairy to be far more generous than she would usually be, and likes to make trails of chocolate candy around the house to lead to a hidden cache of presents. His only drawbacks are that he does not travel, and that his normal speaking voice sounds grumpy. (He's not, he just sounds that way)

Naah, I don't expect them, of course. You love them dearly, which is as it should be. But, I did want to let you have a little picture of a kid's life here at our house, which I think is a very cool place.

Of course. You don't need to wait for an invitation - you're already family!

uh uh--the kids are staying here with Adam, and I'm moving in:) The childhood you ensure sounds so much better than what I had--and I had wonderful parents, so that's saying a lot.
