Hi Group, I'm back from the doctor. I do NOT have the big C. It appears to be some kind of lesion that I may have had for a long time. The doc will keep x-raying it for a couple of years to see if it grows, which he really doubts. He said I may have had it since birth, a bone that never fully grew. He was more concerned with the extent of my arthritis causing the need for a total knee replacement within 1-5 years. Of course, I will have to think long and hard about that. Anyway, great news.
