You're making me jealous. I tried to convince my DH to see several shows at the local "coffee house" and there was no way.

And is it Garnett or Stan that does the hockey song Brat?

It was Stan. The song is called "Flying" and I believe it's on the album From Fresh Water.

There really is only one T in Garnet, by the way and it's pronounced like the gem stone.

This is my favorite of his:

I can't decide if I've been insulted or not. Maybe Sheena and I have both been insulted. Yeah, that's it.

Very nice and smooth as silk. I wasn't familiar with this singer at all till now.

I keep seeing both spellings - mostly at coffee houses with the double TT.

Can't find the song anywhere just to listen.

Sigh, I read the lyrics and really like them

Fans of Stan and Garnet Rogers might want to check out the next generation: Nathan Rogers is Stan's son, and you can hear the family resemblance in his voice.

Well then here's one of Stan for you. You can see Garnet playing next to him

Are going to enable me musically too! Found Flying (Stan Rogers) and Hockey Mom (The Zambonis) on iTunes and bought both

-- back from Google - turns out we had that (The Good Old Hockey Game) on disc passed to us from another hockey friend, sans title and artist. We did kind of figure out the title...

It was funny, but not something I'd listen to more than once or twice.

So *you* say (that you tried, that is)! I will admit, though, there are lots of Ericksons around here.
