How do I say
We are from France - the "speakers" are 6-8 year old girls.
I can't find a site that is actually helpful for "non-standard" phrases.

Sadly - none of the other adults understand why I start giggling when they say "we are from France". But I might be the only one old enough to have watched the "classic" SNL

You laugh, but I actually encountered that on my first few trips to Poland.

I can feel ANCIENT around most of the moms of my Brownies. One of the Moms thought that it would be cute for them to walk around saying - "We are from France"
And I started laughing and said "I am Prymaat, my husband is Beldar" and they all had blank looks except my co-leader.... Sigh!
