I was rummaging through my stash this morning and came upon a very sweet chart from Little House Needleworks--it's called Chocolate Box.

I did this last year and it turned out very cute. I actually bought a small wooden box at JoAnn's which I covered with various pink/brown candy themed fabric and some pink trim and put the stitching on top. You can see my version in the Needlework section at -

This one has been on my list - probably for next year, though, because I've got too many other balls in the air at the moment.

's a freebie from Drawn Thread. Over Christmas, I stitched this one, not realizing how prescient I was:

do the same thing, changing up designs seasonally. I call these little ones my "trifles." Right now I have the birds in the snowy tree, and a Margaret Sherry cat with a striped scarf. sue

I did the freebie "Love" sampler from The Drawn Thread a couple of years ago. It's a sampler set of all different hearts, some vines, and Love of course. I think it's still up on her website.

Also, I have a freebie from Dessins "Coeur Nashville" That's a heart formed from leaves/vines of a rose. The link below shows a bunch of their heat designs:
