Which dmc color comes closest to ultramarine blue? I had a request from a collegue to do a broach for her and that's the color she likes, but I can't find it in my floss list.

I think you want one of the royal blues - check 796. . .
If it's more a teal shade, check out 958/959/3812 If it's more a turquoise, then look at 995/996/3844
