I got to meet Dave last week!

I finally got to meet Dave! (and finally got a chance to tell you all about it, too) We couldn't get together before Christmas like we planned due to the snow and ice here, but he did get to come by on his way back to OKC. Neither MC nor Kenda could make it, though. My kiddos loved having him visit! Especially DS. DS hasn't even let MC touch him and he was all excited to have Dave there! LOL I guess it was a joy for DS to have another guy around. :-)

Dave brought his BOM with him and it is a wonderful album! I also got to see those wonderful mini albums he did for his coworkers up close and in person! Pics online never do layouts justice.

Dave, being the paper floozy that he is, bought more paper over Christmas and showed me his finds. And he also brought me these cute Precious Moments stickers! They're just right for Kindergarten graduation, one set for a girl, one set for a boy. That Dave sure does have a great memory!

Oh, we did have some excitement outside. An SUV slid down the neighbor's drive, 2 doors down from me, and into the street. No one was in it, and the owners weren't home! Dave slid down the street (on about 2 inches of ice) to help out and was the one to discover no one was home. Thankfully no one got hurt, and a neighbor across the street moved their big SUV so people could get around the SUV in the street. Unfortunately, I didn't get any pics of it. It sure would have made an interesting layout! LOL

Dave, you can stop by my house anytime you're in Little Rock! And if anybody else ever gets a chance to meet Dave, do it. He's a wonderful person.

That's great!! Glad you had a great time!

Sounds like you and Dave had a great visit. I feel for the people with the SUV as I've had that happen twice in one winter. That's where I've learned to block the tires if it's icy.
