OT: 4 Times the charm...

Hi All,

guess what. WE'RE FINALLY HOMEOWNERS.

I've been quiet about it because I wanted not to jinx it. Our realtor called to say the board approved us and we can start the closing process and we should be homeowners in 45 days.

Fricken finally.

KATE! WOO HOO I am so happy for you guys! The link above won't work, needs a username and password....is it the same one you had showed us most recently? Linda

I'm so happy for you Kate. It's about time you got a break. Love the kitchen and the floors. The bedroom looks so sunny and light. DH and I are always at odds over the windows. The first thing I do when I get up is to throw open all of the window blinds in the house. I want lots of light and sun. It always makes me feel better. He likes it darker.......complains about saving energy with the blinds closed, etc. Sandy

That bedroom closet is to die for! Congrats and have fun! Barb:o)

That is awesome Kate! I am so happy and excited for you. The place is beautiful. I love the kitchen and the bedroom looks wonderful. The closet space is freakin amazing! You and Larry are going to be so happy here. Good luck getting everything packed up. That has to be the worst part, right? But it will be so worth it!

Just think, in May, you

We're already packed. All we own has been in storage for the last 4 years. Anyone in NY need a new/gently used refrigerator? We only used our Sear's one for 2 years before we put it in storage. Best offer.

xoxo Kate

Oh Kate I am so happy for you and Larry because you two really deserve it! I was eyeing up the dining room and I am thinking some 12in deep cabinets with doors arranged along those 2 walls will hold quite a bit of scraping materials and yet allow you to put a table (work space) and chairs (visiting scrapbookers) in there without taking up too much space.

Enjoy.

I am soooooooooo sorry!!! You'd think in this economy the seller would try to work with you successfully!! That's just crazy. :-(

Sorry you are being treated the way Lucy treats Charlie Brown with the football trick!!! :-(

I'm so sorry you're having such a hard time. I like your plan of moving into an apartment. That should take the pressure off having to buy a house and you could look at your leisure.
