I bought Scrapbook Factory Deluxe 4.0 in the spring. Finally got around to installing it and couldn't get it to install...UGH! The maker sent me a replacement. Finally got around last month to installing it. Guess what? It wouldn't install either. I contacted the maker again, and they said it was an issue with XP Service Pack 3, they didn't have a fix for it, but they would refund my money. They sent me an email with the info they would need, who I needed to contact, etc. Not what I wanted, but ok.
Well, my awesome, magical, computer guru hubby took a look at it and discovered that my first installation issue was BEFORE he put Service Pack 3 on. He nicely replied to the refund info email with all kinds of proof that this was NOT a Service Pack 3 issue. Not sure why, but we've never heard back from the maker.
Once DH is faced with a challenging computer issue, he's not going to let up, either. LOL Guess what???? He fixed it! I don't know what he did, but he worked magic as far as I'm concerned. Now I have Scrapbook Factory Deluxe 4.0 on my computer and it's working! Whew!
I bought the software in the first place so I could print paper on my 12 x
12 printer (that DH got me for my bday) to use in his BotCon albums. My poor 12 x 12 printer has literally been collecting dust but now I get to actually put it to work..YAY!
I just had to share my excitement. I knew if anybody would understand it would be RCS. LOL
