A quick search on the internet came up with these woodturning magazines.

There's also American Woodturner, the magazine for AWA members. Plus, The Turning Center has an extra fine publication for members, too.
Why only 4 issues per year - there is definitely a bigger market of woodturners than scroll sawyers - they have their own monthly....why not do a full year?

One advantage for a scrollsawyers magazine might be that they could create a bunch of artwork for the scrollsawyers whereas most of us are not looking for patterns/plans but rather ideas.
