Haha, Aud, my DH asked me if I'd like to go to Thunder Bay (way north of here) instead and I asked him if he was nuts! Why would I want to go farther north in the middle of winter!!!!!!!!!
He was joking, right? I've BEEN to Thunder Bay..... and I'd rather go to Florida in January.

No Shelagh, He wasn't joking. That's where he is from and he has relatives there. I love them too, but not enough to go there in the middle of winter! LOL
Shelagh, We are back from our trip and one of the side trips we took was to see the Hotel del Coronado. What a fantastic hotel - I envy you being able to stay there. We spent a day at the San Diego Zoo, did some shopping and took a small trip up the coast to LaJolla to see the sea lions sunning themselves on the beach. Very nice trip. Carol in TN
