Excuse me ????

I was relating to Nadia`s letter where she says that Covering her head gives her a sense of freedom . But Funnily enough in your answer, you showed that either you don`t understand my above statement, or that you have been leaning too long on Fundamental Rhetorics. The idea is that Feeling of having freedom is different. Some people are not willing , nore able [because of a zilion reasons from background education -to ????] to take the responsibility of making their own decisions , or trust their own decisions, thus a framework of and Ideological /religious Codex supplies them with their Freedom. This isn`t a negative saying , it is something i observe[d] , happening to many people , thus a kind of a fact of life. mirjam

Heh...missed this the first time around. Going to the iclasses website, prominently displayed on the home pages is the following statement:

"Our courses were designed and created by an award-winning team of Kentucky teachers..."

So I guess teachers know what they're doing after all.

I have my fingers crossed and I hope you are right. Here in Canada we have benefitted enormously from all the different peoples who have emigrated to this wonderful land, and if Muslims can blend in with the rest of us, we will all progress together; a win/win situation.

This has been a very interesting discussion - I want to thank Jim for bringing it up and Nadia for all the wonderful information she's given us - very interesting.
