They will automatically send a 'notice' if you did it once with them. there is a place for you to unregister if you don't want to hear from them any longer. I have NEVER received any unwanted solicitation from these folks. I enjoy perusing the "new to me" shops on their list. Found a really neat one in TX last time. Butterfly (can't even remember what
