About a month ago I went to turn on my baby bug (Cricut machine) to find out it was loading nor was the display regonizing my cartridge but it would still cut. The next night I went to turn the machine on and when the bottom door came down it snapped off. I was so upset and my machine is a little over a year old now. I call customer serivce at Provo Craft they said to locate the receipt and they will replace it. Easy enough, that night DH and I tore about the house for 2 full days no sign of the receipt. I called back and told the customer service Rep I can't find my receipt I searched and I told her that she looks on the website she can see I did register it. She placed me on hold came back and said I will have my new machine in 2 weeks and when that arrives to mail my old one back to them for no charge. 2 weeks came and I got my new machine and I mailed my old one back to them through Fedex at no charge whatso ever. I was thrilled. I was shocked!!! We always hear about those horrible customer service stories I wanted to share a postive one for a change.
