Foil & Flowers at the Barn

I uploaded the Flower Book and LO as well as the Foil Tape title that I finished at the barn meet. If anyone needs the template for the flower let me know and I will add it to my webshots account. I didn't add too many pictures fromt he mmet as most of my pictures are so similar to the others and theirs are ever so much better. I put all of the uploads under Barn Meet May 2006 album.

I did want to add that I am now a true beliver in making page kits to take to crops. It makes it ever so much esier to complete pages.

Hello Sandy,

I love the Flower Book idea - it is so neat and ingenious yet so simple and effective!

Great pages! I didn't get to see them while I was there. I like how you used the big monogram stamp from SU!! Thanks for sharing. I am still looking forward to using the flower book on a page.

I totally agree with you on the page kits. It was so much easier getting pages done. The two upside for me were 1) I didn't have to pack as much 'stuff' and 2) I didn't spend as much time looking through all my 'stuff' to get the perfect page. I will be doing page kits for all crops I attend.

What was the foil tape called again? Is it just foil tape? I am going to send hubby to the hardware store to get it.

I really love the large monogram stamp page. Those stamps are pretty cool. I'm going to be getting some foil tape too and trying the technique.

Love the LO's Sandy. You got a lot done! I'll have to try page kits the next time I go croppin'. Of course, now I'm going to have to find the foil tape and try it, buy some monogram stamps, and try the flower album. Enabler! LOL

Thanks. I just did a LO for the grandbaby and used the R. I tied ribbon around the upper leg and added a flower brad. The monograms add such a neat effect to a LO. Sandy

Thanks. The small LSS here in town has asked me to come in and teach them how to make it. Sandy

Thanks. I wouldn't have been able to finish so many without bringing kits I'd put together. It sure made the difference. Sandy

Scraplift away. That's why I'm glad to share. I'm thinking about a LO with a flower garden of small flower albums on the page - one for each of the children. I think that would be neat. Sandy
