my QVC order is lost

I called QVC and told them I hadn't received my order and they said UPS says it's been delivered. They gave me the number for UPS and I can't talk to a live person. Anyone know the easiest way to handle this? Later, janetlee

Even if you're on the right track, you'll get run over if you just sit there.

HI.

You can go to

formatting link
and track your package there as well as log a formal complaint.

If you dial 1-800-PICK-UPS and hit 0 you should get someone live.

If that doesn't work complain to QVC again threatening fraud. If you did charge it to your Credit Card or Debit Card (w/ Visa or MC logo) talk to your bank about this. They can go to bat for you.

UPS has become lazy as of late. Not one package gets a signature as required by their FAQ.

HOpe it helps, Kate

I'm sorry your package is lost. We have been very lucky as UPS ALWAYS gets a signature from us. Though I contacted all the delivery services around and asked that they not leave anything for this address without one.

That really sucks, Kate. Both time mine were lost they sent me the items overnight mail, no questions asked. I guess UPS didn't have them as delivered. I hope that you find out who supposedly signed for it, or where they say they dropped it off.

I rarely send anything UPS especially if it is critical or if I do, I make sure that the package specifies that an "adult signature" is required. Apparently if you don't do that they feel no need to get a signature!

Anyhow, good luck. Hopefully your neighbor has it.

Yes, I've tracked my before and it will tell you what time it was delivered and also if someone signed for it.

I noticed that ,too. I have gotten several packages per UPS lately and found them on my doorsep! They used to always get a signature. I find I am more pleased with USPS. My mail carrier always knocks on my door and hands me my packages.

Thanks for your help everyone. It's been a rough week, my brother-in-law died over the weekend and every little thing that goes wrong seems huge right now. I'll let you know what happens. Later, janetlee

My husband is soooo frustrated with UPS that he specifically requests people shipping things to him (computer components usually) use any other shipper. USPS and Canada Post are much better as far as dealing with customs.

That said, I hope you are able to track down your package. I'm sure you are anxious to use your goodies.
